CSC Sustainability Course & CSA Certification
Our Real Estate Professional Sustainability Certification Course for Real Estate Agents was created and tailored for CSC by Brett Cassidy and is the centerpiece of our Sustainability Business Model. After passing the course exam, agents will receive a CSA (Certified Sustainability Agent) Certification giving them a competitive edge and an opportunity to make a positive impact on Sustainability in their communities!
Instructor of Record: Katherine Bruns, a CSC Board member, experienced educator and Recycling Coordinator for the Town of West Hartford is the qualified instructor of record for CSC’s Sustainability Course. NOTE: This course is not an NAR accredited course. Plans for starting the application process to get the course approved by the NAR for Continuing Ed Credit and for applying to get the Certified Sustainability Agent (CSA) certification approved as an NAR designation are in the works.
Real Estate Agents may take the online course and pass the final exam will receive a Certificate from CSC that
they have successfully completed the course and earned a CSC Certified Sustainability Agent (CSA) certification.
CSA agents may become CSC members by paying an annual fee of $250 to CSC. This annual membership fee gives agents an opportunity to be listed on CSC;s website with the name of their Brokerage and contact information as Sustainability Specialists. In addition, CSC agent members are the only Real Estate Agents who may offer our exclusive and trademarked “Cleanouts with a Conscience” service. Homeowners who list their homes with a CSC member agent can have their home listed on our website!
