- Our exclusive, trademarked service is available to ALL CT homeowners through contact with CSC member agents who FACILITATE this service by connecting homeowners to a Junkluggers franchise company in your area. Homeowners contract directly for cleanout services with The Junkluggers.
- CSC has selected The Junkluggers as our moving vendor partner to provide “Cleanouts with a Conscience” services because their mission and commitment to donate, recycle, and repurpose all unwanted household items are in direct alignment with CSC’s mission. The Junkluggers will have a licensing agreement with CSC to provide our exclusive “Cleanouts with a Conscience ” service. which is a one-stop-shop service that will help you dispose of all your unwanted household items the right way saving you time, money, and stress!
- As a benefit to home sellers, we offer a flexible multi-stage purge process for agents and homeowners who wish to stage their homes for sale.
- The Junkluggers, our approved and insured moving vendor, packs up and takes all of your unwanted items (except toxic waste & and weapons) and sorts them into categories (recyclables, non-recyclables, donations). CSC Member Real Estate Agents will provide information for toxic waste disposal contacts and drop-off sites.
