As the former Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Creating Sustainable Communities LLC (CSC), I specialized in forging strong connections between real estate professionals and CSC’s comprehensive suite of courses and services. The core mission of CSC is to actively address diverse and pressing environmental and business challenges within the real estate industry. Our educational resources, including the signature CSA Course, are engineered to empower Realtors who are committed to tackling climate change and advancing sustainable business development practices. Through tailored programs and support services, CSC helps agents build resilient, future-focused communities while meeting contemporary environmental, social, and financial needs.
I now sit on the Board of Directors as a Special Advisor, specifically for legal and financial advising, and have the honor of being named as the CEO Emeritus, for my contributions to creating our current business model and driving the growth and direction of this organization.
Shaunak is a freshman at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, majoring in Accounting and LEAD(Law, Ethics, and Decision Making). Outside of his professional and academic life, Shaunak is a recognized classical pianist, a passionate competitive swimmer, and a volleyball/spikeball enthusiast.
