2. Subscription Services

While this Site provides general information, our Certified Sustainability Agent (CSA) certification course, related services, and subscription packages are hosted and processed on our affiliated website, https://csacertification.com, and subject to additional terms and payment processing via Stripe.

By enrolling in the CSA course or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of service specific to that platform, including refund, renewal, cancellation, and payment policies. We disclaim all liability for issues arising from Stripe’s payment processing or third-party integrations.

3. Eligibility

To use this Site or subscribe to our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Hartford County, Connecticut. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise ordered.
