Before hiring The Junkluggers to clean out your home with our trademarked “Cleanouts with a Conscience” Service, consider having a Pre-Staging/Design Consultation with a Home Staging/Design Expert.

The purpose of this Pre-staging consultation is to receive advice from an expert on the pieces of furniture and decorative items you should keep for home staging or redecorating. This service provides an excellent opportunity for you to save money by salvaging your existing items, whether you are selling your home or redecorating.

Your CSA Agent will schedule the consultation through CSC. The meeting with the Home Staging/Design Expert will be a Zoom meeting hosted by a CSC representative. If you are planning to sell your home, you or your CSA agent will participate in the Zoom meeting with the stager, who will be on the Zoom call. You will need to take pictures of each room beforehand and send them to the home staging professional prior to the virtual consultation. After reviewing the pictures together, you or your agent will walk through each room with a phone or tablet and the stager will finalize a recommendation for which items should stay and which should go. If you are planning to stay put, you may schedule the Pre-Staging Consultation with CSC.

The home stager will recommend which items should remain and which items should be removed. For staging or design advice, you or your agent may then contract directly with the stager for additional home preparation recommendations or services.
