Creating Sustainable Communities LLC  is an organization that values youth commitment to the community as well as to introducing sustainability in certain fields. CSC is pleased to announce our Fall 2024 Internship program for high schoolers and undergraduate students to participate in. Our Spring 2025 Internship Program Application opens on 2/3/2025. The Deadline for the Application is 3/1/2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

Spring 2025 Business Operations & Research Internship

8 Weeks | Hours: 10 Hours/Week | Unpaid | Undergraduate/High School Students | Remote

Job Description:

Are you eager to develop your skills in research, operations, and community engagement? CSC is offering a highly selective Business Operations & Research Internship for Spring 2025. This internship provides a rare opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the industry while enhancing your research and presentation skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach Coordination: Engage with business and outreach coordinators to establish and maintain strategic relationships. Collaborate with our management team to assist in contract acquisition and securing sponsorship deals.
  • Research: Conduct investor and operations research to support key projects and initiatives in our service development and financial teams. Interns will have the opportunity to create presentations and operational projections.
  • Professional Development: Develop and refine your writing and presentation skills professionally by collaborating with all of our departments and gaining insights into their specific operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough research and present findings effectively.
  • Interest in community engagement and event coordination.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Preferably first or second-year undergraduate students from accredited universities in the U.S(high school applications are accepted as well on a case-by-case basis)

Spring 2025 Digital Marketing Internship

CSC is offering a highly selective Digital Marketing Internship for Spring 2025, where you’ll be at the forefront of managing our social media platforms, crafting compelling content, and engaging with our online community. This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll work alongside industry professionals, gain valuable insights, and play a key role in shaping our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Helps manage our social media platforms, plan content scheduling, and monitor platform updates, ensuring the delivery of consistent and engaging content.
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling content that effectively resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice. This involves conducting thorough research to understand audience preferences and trends and utilizing multiple multimedia formats to enhance the impact of our online communications.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by fostering meaningful relationships and encouraging interaction. This involves regularly monitoring and participating in conversation across various platforms, and responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries. This will require extensive direct outreach on LinkedIn and other similar platforms.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work closely with our team to develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to market data analysis and marketing growth development.
  • Feedback & Innovation: Provide feedback on content, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
