Helping out with Creating Sustainable Communities LLC's events not only fosters a sense of purpose and community engagement but also actively contributes to the establishment of environmentally conscious and resilient communities through impactful sustainability initiatives.

Support Sustainability Initiatives

We believe Real Estate Agents hold the keys to driving positive environmental and socio-economic change, but in order for Agents to succeed in driving this change, they need an engine to propel them forward. That engine is YOU!!

Connect with a CSC Sustainability Agent (CSA)

Contact a CSA Agent and ask to be connected with The Junkluggers, our approved vendor, to receive our trademarked service, “Cleanouts with a Conscience” and be part of the solution to:

  • Reduce material waste by getting your usable items to those who need them and unusable items to proper recycling facilities.
  • Help your community remove municipal waste from going to landfills or being incinerated.
  • Help reduce taxes and pollution in your community by being part of the solution to remove household items from the municipal waste stream.

By contracting with our approved junk removal vendor to receive CSC’s “Cleanouts with a Conscience” service, you will help the agent you connect with receive credit toward a CSC Sustainability Award!

CSC Sustainability Awards are given to CSA agents who have completed Sustainability Service requirements AND make contributions to Efficiency for All to subsidize Green Workforce Development Training and The CT Coalition to End Homelessness.

Help reduce material waste, energy inefficiency, unemployment, and homelessness just by GETTING INVOLVED and PARTICIPATING!!!

  • Have a CSA Agent set up a Home Energy Audit for your home.
  • Reduce your energy costs and carbon emissions with a Home Energy Audit performed by a licensed Energy Conservation company.
  • Receive recommendations on how you can save energy and help your community reduce pollution at the same time!

Organize a neighborhood “Cleanouts with a Conscience” and Home Energy Audit event!

Connect with local CSA agents who can facilitate these services in your neighborhood and be part of a coordinated effort to reduce material waste, energy costs, and carbon emissions!

Get Involved With Our Non-Profit Recipients

  • The CT Coalition to End Homelessness and its network of partners such as Journey Home and Open Communities Alliance.
  • Be part of making permanent, affordable, and safe housing options available to all!
  • Efficiency for All (EFA). Help make CT a clean energy State by advocating for renewable energy solutions and the reduction of carbon emissions.
  • Support CSC’s sponsorship of Green Workforce Development Training to help with EFA’s Workforce Training program.
