CSC Gift Card Vouchers

Homeowners who work with a CSC Agent Subscriber who choose to RELOCATE and list and sell their home with the CSC Agent OR an Agent/Broker the Agent refers the client to may be eligible to receive a CSC GIFT CARD VOUCHER*** post-closing of up to $500 for energy-saving products and services to make their new home more energy efficient!

Payment for the gift card voucher is the responsibility of the agent/broker who offers it and is paid after the closing on the home the client purchases.. Payment may also come from referral fees paid to the referring agent/Broker, if the agent who offers the gift card voucher refers the homeowner to another agent/broker. to purchase a home.

After CSC receives payment from the CSC subscribing Agent or the CSC agent’s Broker, CSC issues the gift cards to the homeowner. Gift cards may only be used for approved energy saving products and services and are transferable.

The CSC real estate agent who offers a Gift Card Voucher to the client must have broker approval.

ADU Referral Payments

CSC Agents who work with homeowners interested in having an ADU added to their existing property or a property they purchase, may refer homeowners to Real Estate Broker and Developer of BIOS homes, Steve Schappert. If the homeowner chooses to build an ADU on their existing lot or a lot they purchase,, the fee that is paid by the BIOS Homes developer to the agent is negotiated directly between the ADU developer and the agent. (Since ADU’s do not involve the sale of Real Property, they DO NOT require Brokerage involvement).
